Here I will be sharing anything & everything that gives me 'the feels'.
I believe in a holistic health(mind, body, spirit) approach when it comes to being 'healthy', which means exercising your mind is just as important as exercising your glutes. Most people are aware of the importance of the body part(nutrition/exercise) but I think a lot of people forget about the mind & spirit components, which are JUST as important.
Through working with clients(especially women) I have found one of the biggest things they often lack is all the SELF words. For instance, self-love, self-esteem, self-respect, self-acceptance, self-control, self-worth & the list goes ON. When you lack the above traits, you often partake in self-destructive behaviors that can be very detrimental to your overall health and well-being. Through my own journey in trying to develop all of the above, and through helping others I have found these are often the most important things to develop in order to live a happy, healthy life!
